No personal health information is shared on Waiting Room. We simply use PMS integration to calculate a patient’s position in the queue for their doctor. Patient’s personal health information is not collected or sent anywhere while they are using Waiting Room, and each secure link expires after 2 hours of the patient’s appointment.
