Step 1.

Patients can be screened prior to booking

Reduce calls to your practice and save time with online patient screening and prepayments.

Patients can be screened for COVID-19, keeping your practitioners safe. Patients that do not meet the criteria for Medicare rebates can be offered a privately billed appointment where prepayment is collected.

Step 2.

Telehealth Appointment is added to your Practice Management Software

Seamless integration, the patient details are added to your Practice Management Software along with a link for the practitioner to commence a secure video appointment.

If your practice is not integrated, the patient details and video link will be added to Practice Admin.

Step 3.

The patient receives a telehealth video link via their Booking Confirmation

The patient receives instant confirmation of their appointment via email. The email contains a link for the secure video appointment.

Step 4.

The patient enters the Virtual Waiting Room

At the scheduled appointment time the patient joins the Virtual Wait Room. Easy set up, no additional software to download for your patients. All they need is a suitable device, most mobile phones these days have a camera and speaker.

Step 5.

The practitioner starts the telehealth appointment

The practitioner starts the appointment by using the link added to the Practice Management Software.

The appointment is via secure video, hosted in Australia. Our secure video is completely private and doesn’t require the practitioner to share a mobile number or any other ID.

At conclusion of the appointment the practitioner logs the appointment as done.

It’s that easy. Activate Telehealth to get started.
