For practices

To help you get to know the people at HealthEngine, please enjoy this series for the blog where we take you “Behind the Scenes at HealthEngine.”

Each week we’ll introduce you to one of our team members.

Behind the Scenes at Health Engine feature

Paul Bridle

Marketing Specialist

How long have you been with HealthEngine:
4 years

Tell us a bit about your day to day role:
I look after the day to day communications that go out to our practices letting them know about all the great new features and initiatives going on at HealthEngine. I work to make sure customers see the value in their products and are getting the most out of them.

Tell us about a recent HealthEngine project/effort you’re particularly proud of:
We recently completely redid our monthly reports to show practices the value they are getting from their HealthEngine subscription. The report includes a lot of great information including monthly bookings on the HealthEngine network and their own site, how many new patients are delivered, when patients are booking and even how many patients are viewing their profile, clicking to call, etc. We’ve even included stats on how many recalls and reminders they’ve sent and feedback they’ve received. It’s received a great reception so far, and we’re continuing to improve it each month.

Now onto some fun facts… What are your 3 fave apps at the moment?  (beyond HealthEngine, of course!):

  1. NBA app – Philadelphia 76ers is my favourite team.
  2. AFL app – Go Fremantle Dockers!
  3. Clash Royale – an epic head-to-head battle to destroy the other player’s castle.

Please share 3 things about your non-work life:

  1. I love sports – especially NBA & AFL – and keeping active.
  2. I have 2 kids that I love getting out and about with.
  3. I’m just starting to explore snorkelling spots around Perth.

When borders open, name your dream travel destination:
Vietnam, as I’ve have heard it’s a great place,  and I like the idea of getting on the train at one end and just making stop offs until you get to the other end.

To wrap this up, let’s end with some personal recommendations:
I’m recommending an airfryer. I love cooking everything from pork belly to risotto in it!
