Tell us a bit about your day to day role:
I support the Customer Success staff by troubleshooting tech issues and questions raised by our practices, along with liaising between the Customer and Product teams to work toward a technical resolution. I’m also involved in documenting and improving processes to help increase the Customer team’s efficiency.
How long have you been with HealthEngine:
4 years
Tell us about a HealthEngine project/effort you’re particularly proud of:
I built a live spreadsheet to combine and track the information from multiple knowledge management systems related to all open and resolved technical concerns and requests. This provides better visibility for our Customer-facing and Product Development teams, so they have the latest information.

When borders open, name your dream travel destination:
Japan. I adore the culture, the food is great and the scenery is spectacular! I’d love to go in cherry blossom season.

- Ted Talk app — You can customise the categories of the talks that appear in your feed, and in a 10-15 minute talk, you can learn something new.
- Google Chromecast — I can stream my anime, Netflix and Google movies to my TV. It’s so convenient!
