A Healthengine network profile ensures your pharmacy is visible to the millions of patients searching and booking on Healthengine every month. Add key information about your pharmacy including a description, contact details, location/directions, opening hours and more.

Flu Vaccination Marketplace

Our Network allows patients to search based on a number of specialties and health services. Similar to COVID-19 Vaccinations, Flu Vaccination is a stand-alone search that allows patients to find providers who are offering flu vaccination bookings online. Both pharmacies and GP practices appear in the search results, giving patients choice on where they receive their vaccine.

What do I have to do to access Patient Connect?

We understand you’re very busy, and the good news is that there’s very little for you to do to get set up.

Once you are set-up, all of your availability for Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations will automatically appear on your Network Profile.

We will assist you to ensure that your Healthengine Network Profile is updated with information (such as your opening hours, contact details etc), and if you want to add or edit any information, you’ll be able to manage that from your Practice Admin Portal.

What if I don’t want to appear on the Healthengine Network anymore?

Our notice period for cancelling a service is 30 days. To make this request, simply email corporate@healthengine.com.au.
