Collect new patient information electronically

Get New Patient Forms as an add-on to your Healthengine products.

Step 1

New patients to your practice complete their New Patient Form online when making their booking.

Step 2

The information will be automatically added to your new patient file in your PMS (for Best Practice, Medical Director Pracsoft and Zedmed). 

Step 3

For other PMSs, simply transfer the patient’s details into your practice management software, as the information is deleted from your Healthengine Practice Admin 14 days after the patient’s booking.

Step 4

Patients who didn’t book via Healthengine can access their form via a link or QR code.

Step 5

That’s it! Enjoy the benefits of improved practice efficiency and a better patient experience.

New Patient Forms is an optional add-on feature to the GP Complete subscription (for GPs), Online Booking System (for Non-GPs), or Telehealth (any practice type) subscriptions and has no additional cost associated in those subscriptions.

I am concerned about the security and privacy of patient data.

Healthengine’s data security and privacy policies apply. Patient data in the New Patient Forms is encrypted and is deleted from Healthengine 14 days after the patient’s booking date.

Can I make fields mandatory?

Yes, you can now choose to make certain fields, or all fields, mandatory for your New Patient Forms.
