How long have you been with HealthEngine:
1 year 11 months
Tell us a bit about your day to day role:
I look after our customers’ journey when onboarding with HealthEngine or contacting Inbound Practice and Patient Support. I get to collaborate with an amazing team and work on processes and initiatives that ultimately deliver the best possible customer experience.
Tell us about a recent HealthEngine project/effort you’re particularly proud of:
Delivering a Telehealth solution for practices during COVID. Was amazing seeing the business get together and provide a quality product in a short amount of time!
Now onto some fun facts… What are your 3 fave apps at the moment? (beyond HealthEngine, of course!):
- Garmin Connect – favorite fitness tracking app
- Garmin Golf – a plethora of golf statistics that make you think you can win ever win at golf
- Spotify – crushes all the other music apps
Please share 3 things about your non-work life:
- I love getting outside and playing golf.
- I also really enjoy travelling although that has been a bit of a challenge in recent times!
- When I can, I definitely enjoy relaxing by playing some video games.
When borders open, name your dream travel destination:
Santorini, Greece – my favourite island destination. Views and food are amazing!!
