We were lucky to grab a few minutes with Dr Mukesh Haikerwal AC, from Altona North Medical Group, to hear all about how using HealthEngine is helping to reduce administration workload by more than 50% for his team.

“When the goal posts change with the latest health advice, it can create a great amount of work for my team. For example, we’ve had to contact patients who made a booking under certain health advice, check them against the new criteria and sometimes rebook them for a different vaccine.
“But I can be confident this technology will support my team whenever that happens, as it allows us to quickly and accurately identify and contact any of those affected patients.
