Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have any other Healthengine products to get Communicate?
You’ll need to have GP Complete subscription or our Online Booking System activated and enable the Communicate product as an add-on.
What are the ready-to-send campaigns?
You can find out more about the current campaigns here. Our campaigns library will grow and expand based on your feedback and what you want to send to your patients.
Do I need to use all the ready-to-send campaigns in Communicate?
No. It’s up to you which campaigns you use.
How much does Communicate cost?
7 cents per standard SMS sent. You will see the estimated cost of sending each SMS campaign prior to sending. The charges will appear on your monthly invoice. Practices will need either GP Complete or our Online Booking System to be able to use Communicate.
I am concerned about the security and privacy of patient data.
Healthengine’s data security and privacy policies apply. In this particular instance, patients can opt out from receiving practice messages at any time.
Can I customise my message?
Yes you can! You can craft your very own SMS to your patients, all included in Communicate.
