For your website, Healthengine supports practices by adding a link to the Medical Certificate request form that can be directly displayed on your website.
How long do practitioners have to review Online Medical Certificate requests?
Medical Certificate requests have a 12-hour expiration period (from patient submission time) to guarantee prompt delivery to patients. The requests can be reviewed, approved or rejected at any time during this 12-hour period.
