Practices utilising the COVAX solution are now listed on the Healthengine COVID vaccine search and can offer COVID vaccine bookings from their Healthengine profile page and practice website1.

NHSD Vaccine Clinic Finder integration

Practices offering vaccines will be searchable on the NHSD’s Vaccine Clinic Finder via HealthDirect.

COVAX specific patient communications

COVAX features email Appointment reminders to minimise no-shows, Appointment recalls (via email) for 2nd vaccine dose and vaccine information and adverse reaction follow-up comms.

  1. Practice must have a GP Complete, Patient Connect Plus or higher subscription to appear on the Healthengine Network. Practice must have a GP Complete subscription to take COVID-19 bookings on their practice website. 
  2. Practice must have a GP Complete, Patient Connect Plus or higher subscription to appear on the Healthengine Network and Healthengine vaccine search.
  3. New Patient Forms is a feature of GP Complete, practices require a GP Complete subscription.
