Reminders not going out for your new doctor?
When setting up appointment reminders, there are many things you can customise including whether you want reminders to be sent for all practitioners or just select practitioners.
If you have reminder messages enabled for all practitioners, then that will also include any new practitioners added to the practice.
However, if you have specific practitioners ticked, don’t forget to turn on reminders for new doctors or nurses when they are added to the practice
To adjust this setting:
- select Reminders Plus in the Practice Admin menu under Products
- click Preferences and scroll down to the Choose Practitioners section
- confirm the appointment reminders are set up how you like it, then don’t forget to scroll to the bottom and click ‘Save Preferences’
