Offer: GP Complete for $20 (excludes GST) per person, per month when bundled with Helen. Additional fees apply for Helen.

1. Eligibility

  • This offer is available to new Healthengine customers only
  • “New customer” means a practice customer to whom Healthengine has not provided services at any time in the 12 months preceding the date of entering into an agreement relating to the applicable offer.
  • Customers must purchase both Helen and GP Complete as a bundle to qualify for this promotional pricing
  • Standard Helen subscription fees apply in addition to the discounted GP Complete pricing

2. Contract Terms

  • A 12 month contract commitment is required to be eligible for this promotional offer
  • Pricing is locked for the duration of the 12 month contract period
  • Early termination fees may apply if the contract is terminated before the 12 month period ends
  • Pricing will revert to standard rates upon contract renewal unless otherwise communicated.

3. Offer Period

  • This is a limited time offer
  • Offer is valid for new subscriptions commenced between [start date] and 31 March 2026
  • Contracts must be signed by 31 March 2026 to qualify

4. Pricing and Billing

  • GP Complete is charged at $20 per practitioner, per month when bundled with Helen. Standard payment terms apply as per the Healthengine Practice Customer Terms and Conditions
  • Pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and excludes GST unless otherwise stated
  • Billing commences upon execution of a Service Form (i.e. the agreement).

5. General Terms

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts
  • Healthengine reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request documentation to confirm new customer status
  • Healthengine reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice
  • All services are subject to the Healthengine Practice Customer Terms and Conditions
  • This promotional pricing applies to GP Complete only; Helen is charged at standard rates
