Who Can Participate?

This program is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

How to Participate

  1. Visit our referral page and complete the registration form.
  2. After registration, you’ll receive an email with a link to the referral submission form.
  3. Refer a GP or Dental practice that is not currently using Healthengine’s products or services.
  4. Provide all requested contact details of the referred practice.

Valid Referral Requirements

A referral is valid if:
✅ The practice is introduced to Healthengine by a registered advocate of the referral program.
✅ The practice does not exist in Healthengine’s CRM database and has never interacted with Healthengine’s communications or sales team.
✅ The contact details provided are correct and Healthengine can reach them via email or phone.
✅ The referred practice becomes a Healthengine customer within 90 days (i.e., signs up for one of Healthengine’s products or services).

🔹 Important:

  • You must have consent from the practice before referring them.
  • Referrals must comply with all relevant laws, including the Privacy Act (1988).
  • The first valid referral received for a practice will be rewarded (if multiple people refer the same practice).

Additional Terms

  • The reward is a one-time payment, and no additional commissions will be paid for the same referral.
  • Healthengine is not responsible for any tax implications—participants should seek their own financial advice.
