What is Patient Connect?
With Patient Connect you have access to Australia’s biggest healthcare network. Your Patient Connect service offers the exclusive ability to connect and stay connected with the millions of patients booking their healthcare appointments every month. Be visible and offer an optimal patient experience for new and existing patients looking to connect with your practice.
What’s the difference between Patient Connect & Patient360?
Patient Connect ensures both your existing and new patients can find and book with your practice on the HealthEngine Network (both website and app), combining what you previously knew as your Professional Profile and Patient Match, as well as including exciting new features. Patient Connect is available for GP, Dental and Allied practices.
Patient360 helps to improve your patient experience and manage practice efficiency. With Patient360 you can offer online bookings on your own website with our Online Booking System, plus send reminders, recalls and receive feedback from patients. The full Patient360 product is only available for GP practices.
Dental and Allied practices can harness some of the key benefits of Patient360 via our Online Booking System.
There are no changes to Patient360 as part of the release of Patient Connect.

There is a free Essentials plan available for General Practices, Dental and Allied customers. Please contact us to find out more about pricing and plans.
Can I upgrade at a later stage?
Yes – your practice has the flexibility to scale up or down at any time as all plans are month to month. Downgrading requires 30-days notice.
